Services and Pricing

If you have interest in our “Guru” or “Fee-Based” plans, we are committed to finding an affordable price and payment plan that works for every family. We will have a discussion about the price on the basis of your income, costs and your students achievement both in and outside the classroom. If a student and their family are accepted they will have 48 hours to confirm their enrollment. As a family who is enrolled at Kallege, we are committed to being available as needed before, during or after school and working hours.

The “Avatar” plan is for families who need assistance with the college process beyond the application process - see below for details. The only plan available for International students is the “Avatar” plan since, whether attending high school in the United States or abroad, their candidacy requires a significant amount of more time dedicated to their college application processes. Each student and family require a significant amount additional attention, expertise, content knowledge and care compared to students who hold citizenship or permanent residency within the United States. While we are aware our families understand and already know this all too well, we still share this information to acknowledge that difference.

Below you find a comprehensive list of project areas that encompass the Guru and Avatar plans. Each of these project areas can also be completed on a one-time fee basis. It is important to remember that on average that other college counseling service companies can cost between $200-$800 an hour just to read one essay. Or charge upwards of $25000 to work on a limited number of applications with a student. We believe that world class college counseling should be accessible and affordable for all families, which is why we offer 4 different plans to ensure both flexibility and affordability at a significantly lower cost than other companies and organizations.

Please see our pricing options page for more details on each plan but we have compiled a list of the project areas we assist with below for comparison. Each item is a part of our “Guru” plan unless otherwise specified. Each project area is also available on a fee-basis as well:
